お誕生日おめでとうミクさん! \( > O < )/

August 31st 2012~ Not only Malaysia celebrates it's Independence Day... Fans of Vocaloid will also celebrate Miss Miku Hatsune's 5th Anniversary. XD

After dealing with my Seni Folio (FINALLY!), I got to work on my tribute to Miku Hatsune.
So here's my result, quite rushed paiseh~ ><

I decided to draw Miku in LAT style, I don't really like her in default, LAT style more unique and special~ Plus, since she's the first character I cosplayed, I drew Magnet in it too.

This week I came across ryo's new song to her called "Odds & Ends". I didn't take note of it at first and after I listened to it and read what the fans said, *sobs* T^T . It touched my heart so much, welcome back ryo to the Vocaloid World! ><

Just this morning, I wanted to remember the first Miku song I heard throughout the day. It was "Fake Doll" made by 八王子P, who was famous for AFAMY's official song "Baby Maniacs". I think it was ok~ :/

As MVP's members' are spamming the group, one of the admins promoted this song as well. Also quite nice and touching, it's called "Heaven". Here, go watch it at the bottom~

Ah~ I actually miss my Magnet cosplay~ It's just that I was so lazy to redo my headphones...

Perhaps I should do that again next year, although I'm already planning to Calcium Miku~ ><

Anyway once again, Happy Birthday to Miku-chan~

Thanks for cheering me up and making me happy, also if it weren't for you, you would never have been my first cosplay character~ :3

Animangaki 2012

Well then, how should I start my report I wonder~

This time's Animangaki was not held at the college but instead at the Convention Center. So instead of charging cosplayers at a cheaper price, everyone has to pay RM15. Ah well, so far so good for a bigger venue. My parents dropped me at KL Sentral bus station and I waited for a U63 to show up, didn't take me that long. :3

All was well when I started peering into my stuff and realized OH SHIT I DIDN'T BRING ONE PAIR OF ME BOOT~ O_O

Ah well, no cosplaying for an hour until my sister brings the other pair. I feel bad about asking her to go all the way to Sunway just to pass me that thing, she still has homework to finish off. At least she studied some Chemistry~ ._.

I felt kind of different when I'm not cosplaying, you seem to be free from obstacles and I get to have a good look around first so I know what I want later. Although I felt pissed at first, I decided to find things to pass the time, like taking the Anime Exam for example~

Great~ At least Soul Eater came out~ Orz...

 15 Objectives and 6 Subjectives, too bad I missed the Beginner Level. I saw the paper and I was like OH COME ON~ >< So I had to sit for the Intermediate Level, and I sucked badly, although Shiyun did help me out. (Oh yeah, she was cosplaying as Rukia from Bleach~)

Yi came around 1pm, so I donned on my Hungary outfit and went about. I kinda got taken away by a person cosplaying as Nyotalia's Spain for some shots with Nyotalia Austria, she looks lovely and sweet. :3

Malaysia Vocaloid Party (MVP) once again opened a booth that day, and Ivan INSISTED I go there and play the song trivia game. They keep giving me hints so I can guess the two songs I've been asked, Miku Hatsune's Albino and Life Size. I don't remember the title, but I heard of it, still I got the choco Miku. Not fair, Ivan only need guess Servant of Evil and Karakuri Burst, YYYYY~ =3= Sigh the admins at the MVP booth don't recognize me from AFA, ah well they are still nice~ ><

With Dao Xie dealing with his Touhou booth, most of us helped him promote at the same time. While Terry and Kimberley managed to sell 26 something badges, huhuh~ Ivan only got donations... X_X

That's what I kind of did through out the day, I went buying doujins and luckily I manage to grab the last Miku bag for Elaine, phew~ ><

I didn't get to find or spot any cosplayers I know, um... I think I did~ ._.
There was this senior who used to be in our school's Manga Society, I met her during CF and this time she looked sooooooo different I can't even tell when she went up to me and said hi~ OH FACEPALM! ><

Alas... It's time to sit back and slowly wait for CF to approach, having that my SPM Trial is in 2 weeks and there will be no play time for the next few months... GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me better go do my homework, school's reopening and I still have deadlines~
I slightly regret for not going today's AMG, may as well I use the "Mom, Dao Xie needs help at his booth so I'm gonna go help~" excuse, but never mind, one day is enough~

Oh yeah, I actually have this classmate who joins the Chinese class with me after school. She actually left my school around Form 4 and I found her again through CF Forums. Then this time I met her again too~ :D

SPM Trial's Coming... O_O

Well, now's the Raya holidays. FINALLY, A BREAK! T^T

Hm... Still need to study though, after holidays SPM Trial comes.... FAK! ><

So just one week before my holidays, I was rushing my Seni folio as the teacher is already nagging at us, telling us that she has to go to the Jabatan and blalalalalalala~ For my tugasan, I chose to do the baby room as I suck at drawing sea animals on a shoe. I don't care if it's bloody complicated, it's for the sake of my future! ><

Final result~ ._.

Then during our last day of school, our stuff came back and I realized I only got an 85 in total for this project. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED! So I had to bring it home, folio and model all together while getting soaking wet in the rain~ ._. Thank gawd my model made it thru...

Me went for the Book Fair at KLCC during the first day of term break. Not much stuff =3= But I still bought something... >_<

One thing I find ridiculous about this book fair is unlike last year, they sell very less anime merchandise, and NO APH AT ALL! Come on, u had it last year, how can u no sell again?!

I also watched Paprika. I actually planned to watch it after I finish the novel 宝玉 gave me~ But whatever~ The movie is quite awesome and Yi always wonder whether Christopher Nolan got his Inception idea from this movie. Unfortunately, if you check Wikipedia, he did... Orz~

I know exams r coming but I seriously couldn't  wait until CF just to cos~ I miss cosplaying so much that my costumes are collecting dust in my closet. So after convincing my parents, they let me out on Saturday, which means I'M GOING ANIMANGAKI!!! YEAH!!!!!! <3

Since my Maka scythe is still under construction and my friends also want to do APH again, so yeah I'll spoil it for you lovely visitor, I'll be doing Hungary again this Sat.

Just give me a poke and say hi in case u're going~ ^_^ Oh and my friend is also opening a doujin booth too, not sure what it is but if U see a hand-drawn badge with Reimu sitting down with a cup of tea, yeah tat's de booth... ^_^

Y DA HECK I CLOSED MY EYES?!

Sigh~ All things nice does come to an end... TT^TT

So on 30th July, it's time to send them off as they continue their trip to Malacca and Thailand~ *sobs* Y can't we go with them ORZ~ ><

Eri shed tears and I almost wanted to cry too. She thanked us for taking care of her during her stay. As all of the hosts watch them hop on the bus, we all ran around the bus in circles, waving farewell to them... 

And so ends my job as a host, and my busy life resumes~

Thru this experience, I'm really happy that I get to know something on Japanese culture and I get to introduce mine as well. Not only did I have so much fun, I also met new friends, not only just from TJK, but also the hosts too. :3

Eri, thank you so much for coming over! I hope you had a wonderful time in Thailand and I keep imagining you ready to tell your family about your stay here~ Plus I want to thank 罗老師 for organizing this exchange program. I do hope I can go to Japan next year too. :D
Oh yea~ To the students of Sr3Com, thank you for entertaining Eri-san! She had so much fun~ XD

日本学生来我家! :3 (Part 3)

This part's to the weekend bit. :3
I'll start with Saturday first. Teehee~ :D

So me and Yi planned to bring her to 2 popular shopping places in KL, that is Pavilion and KLCC. Yi thought of going back to school afterwards for IU Day, but we planned to watch Ice Age 4, so no IU Day~ Ploops... ><

Since I planned to let Eri try some authentic Malaysian food, we head for Mdm. Kuan at Pavilion. From my visit there, the only thing I liked best is the fried banana with ice cream, nicely fried, best in our whole meal. UH HUH~ Thanks to the technology they use to take orders or maybe the waiter who puts lipstick and acts like a girl or de male waitress I saw @_@... Our meal had a 15% tax and it cost a total of RM114~ O____O (Mum dun kill me~ ><)

Ah well, it was a nice meal and Eri seemed to enjoy it. So be it~ :3
Halfway thru our meal, Yi's friends Su Yin, Zhi Han, Jaycee and Su Yin's guest Kana Hojo came in to bump us.

With still some time to kill before we head to KLCC for our movie, we bought her to one place I actually never thought of bringing her there, Tokyo Street~ O.O Hm she still seems happy to go there... :D Plus it's Tokyo Street's 1st anniversary, so there's something special in store. She does point out the types of Japanese food and stuff she ate back in Tokyo and admits that Daiso in KL is moah PRICEY... O_O

About 3.30pm, we left Pavilion and head for KLCC. Basicaly their KL tour doesn't include entering KLCC, so we brought her in instead. :) I brought her to Kinokuniya while Yi went to buy tickets. Then we trolled around KLCC until 5.15pm. She told me she never went into Isetan~ Oh... ._.

When it's 5.15pm, we went for our movie. Slight review for Ice Age 4 here, I think it's okay~ :/ I trolled when I realised Jennifer Lopez was part of the cast... XO

So we went for a dinner of steam fish, turtle soup... etc.~ It was a little weird for her, but she still enjoyed it... :3

Well the next day we went to Putrajaya for a trip, at least going to the outskirts of the city is better~ :3

Um so the weekend bit kind of ends here... I'll end this whole thing at the next post~
