DAY 8 & 9: 鰂魚涌园的另一边, 铜锣湾及《鋼之鍊金術師:嘆息之丘的神聖之星》

Due to laziness, I decided to put 2 days in one post.

So let's start with Day 8.
Not all the fun stuff is here so you can skip this day if u must.

After Zse Hou's lunch, it's always playtime at the park (Depends on the situation.). At Quarry Bay Park, there's this overhead bridge that leads to the other side of the park.

Instead of turning right to the playground, Zse Hou ran for the overhead bridge. So I had to chase after him, just to make sure he doesn't get lost. After we reached the other side, grandpa realised that he was trying to bring me to the fire boat museum over there. LOL....

I took pics of the seaside. Ah so comfortable..... X3 The sea breeze blowing on my face.

While grandpa sends Zse Hou home for his nap, I went to look around Cityplaza and strolled around randomly.

Thus ends DAY 8, and now for DAY 9.

While Zse Hou's playing at the park before his Chinese class, there's this phone call from his dad. His little brother's got a fever, so he's not coming over after class. Plus, he's required to study an extra half an hour today, so we have to wait until 4pm. Grandpa said I may as well not come along, having that North Point doesn't have anything and we're gonna sit in Mcd's for and hour and half... boring~ ==

So I didn't tag along, instead I headed for the MTR station and headed for Causeway Bay.

Looking at the 5 exits, I took Exit A... Times Square.

I went to the 9th floor, cuz' there's this Page One bookstore I wanted to visit.
It's kinda like Kinokuniya in KL, lots of books....

That's when I saw the sequel to Clockwork Angel... Clockwork Prince~ O.o
OUT ALREADY?! I THOUGHT IT'S ONLY OUT ON DECEMBER ZOMG!!!!

I thought of buying it at first. But I wanted to save a bit in case of emergencies, besides I might be going again. So I'll ditch it for a while.... TT^TT

I walked out of Times Square. There's shops selling 龟苓膏~ I miss eating it, so I decided to have one.... It's cooling... ^^

I thought of taking the tram... but I'm kinda scared I might get lost.... plus I'm getting a little sleepy. Wanna take a break before the movie, so I took the MTR back home and took a nap.

Wait........ I said movie? Haha :D

Well, like what I always promised myself. Before I return to Malaysia, I must watch Fullmetal Alchemist Sacred Star Of Milos... ><

I waited for Auntie Rebecca at Marks & Spencer at CityPlaza. But later she said the train's kinda slow, so she asked me to go without her. I ran to Kornhill Cinema and managed to grab a ticket. Just in time... Phew! ^_^''

Argh the movie was AWESOME!!!! I'm glad I watched it! HAHA! ^^

The story is really interesting, although it wasn't produced by Hiromu herself. Still it was kinda touching~ Aw I miss the Elric brothers' action ever since the series ended. All that epic fighting and brotherly and sisterly love just makes me wanna cry.... wah TT

Good thing to know, Julia is voiced by the seiyuu who did Ciel Phantomhive. Cool~

The OP is chasing hearts by miwa, luv it, can't stop repeating it on my MP3... X3

AW I WANNA WATCH IT AGAIN! >< Haiz.... I'll just download it myself.

Yeah my aunt did catch her movie, so we met up at 9.45pm and ate supper.

Thus ends DAY 9.

DAY 7: 山顶

It's Sunday, slept until 11.30am. That's normal anyway, it's good to sleep and wake up late on Sundays.

I had 饮茶 with me relatives for lunch. Ah~ heavenly awesome Dim-sum... :3

Around 2pm, we took a taxi to the peak station. It's Sunday so obviously, there's gonna be a lot of people.

After a few 15min waits, I finally boarded the tram. Up we went...

When we arrived at the top (Yay!), we decided to take a hike. So we hiked up the hill... Kinda steep, the kids were like jumping around and really active while the rest if us were like hell~ :P

I chose to head for The Peak for another reason, to plank for the first time in my life. >w<
I wasn't ready to face the public and do it, not yet, maybe during CF. So I did it on a flight of steps where there wasn't anyone around except for my cousin brothers, 2 aunties and uncle. Well, at least I did it... :D Kinda satisfied... Lol

Haha I did it... :P
All of us played in the park for some time. Haha~ I realised it's been a while I had that much fun. TT^TT

OMG Dogs..... O.O

Wow my uncle manage to get himself in the pic LOL...
It was around 5.30pm, so we went down the hill and headed for the Madam Tussauds Wax Museum.

Just a little intro in case why this museum had such a person's name, Madam Tussauds was famous for her wax models. She opened a lot of wax displays, thus starting this tradition of wax models.

We parted ways with our cousins so me and Auntie Rebecca headed for the peak station. It was night time but still there were tons of people queuing up... no wonder it's open until midnight. By the time our cousins had their dinner, we were still halfway from the station entrance. Since they were gonna take a taxi home having that the youngest cousin was already sleeping, we gave up and joined them.

I think it was the bumpy taxi ride or the road down the hill was curvy, by the time we reached Kornhill, me and Auntie Rebecca almost puked. We hurried back home and went to rest our heads before supper.

Although we would have been dizzy if we took the tram, but at least we didn't need to queue up like hell. At least we didn't take the bus, it could have been a little worse than the taxi ride. It was even better that we didn't take the mini bus, god knows how we'll be like when we reach the bottom... ( ' TT ' )

I still felt like I was back on that bumpy taxi when I ate supper, which consists of a bowl of chicken noodles with a cup of tea. That fixed me up.

Still I had a great day outside. :) Many thanks to my uncle, aunties and cousins! :D

I just watched Touhou Project: Memories of the Phantasm. I didn't know originally there wasn't any seiyuu or voice acting, so it was kinda funny when they spoke with no sound. But that's ok, I think it was better off without the voicing. Otherwise, nice OP and ED and maybe I do look forward for another episode. ^^

Man I miss playing American Mcgee's Alice... I haven't finished it yet.

Thus ends DAY 7.

DAY 6: 赤柱

For those who are wondering what kind of place is this title, let me tell you, it's Stanley... A place in HK.

To start off my trip there, I met up with Auntie Joyce and her 12 year old daughter Anne at 柴灣 station. Then we went to take the mini bus 16X up to Stanley... Kinda bumpy, I thought we were going Genting or something. I did feel dizzy when we got off the bus... *felt like puking~ but all was well*

When you're visiting Stanley, it's always a must to visit the market especially when you're the sort who wants to buy Hong Kong souvenirs and stuff like that. Otherwise I wasn't really interested, except I did see some really weird stuff... ' ~ '

Stanley is nearby the sea. It's really comfortable, looking at the sea and enjoying the sea breeze blowing on your face... :P Auntie Joyce said Stanley's air condition is a little bit better than in the city, having that it's near the sea. Phew~

Stanley is a dog-friendly city. There's dogs everywhere. I saw some Indo maids helping their masters carry 4 or 5 dogs out for a walk. Big ones... O.O
There's even a place to park your dog while u enjoy your meal and a pit of soil for your dog to excrete... :P

Stanley's oldest post office. There's this stamps dispensing machine... cool! :3

There's this Correction Services Museum I visited too. I was puzzled by the meaning of correction services at first, until Auntie Joyce explained that's like prison and stuff like that.... Oh.....

Anne's got stuff to do at school. We went back to out starting point and part ways. I met up with Auntie Rebecca after that to visit the library and have a little drink~

I didn't know Coke cans can be that funny.... Polar bears... :3

Thus ends DAY 6.

*To be continued*

Oh no, I hope there's still shows for the FMA movie available at Kornhill Cinema next week. Otherwise I might have to head for Po Lam station just to catch that movie.... Please TT^TT

DAY 5: ( = . = )lll

Random draw.... haha~

Hm... I didn't do much today... really...

Auntie Joyce is meeting me up at de Hang Seng Bank in 柴灣 station later at 10.45am. Juz to make sure its whereabouts, after I lunch I took the train to the last station in the MTR Island Line.

It took me 3 secs to find it. I could have went back to Tai Koo Shing, but just to kill a little bit more time. I explored the stations surroundings. There's this park, so I took a little stroll.

It's really peaceful, I almost planked somewhere around the park but doing that will just make me look like an idiot. == I also saw a group of oldies playing reversi, why I thought they were gambling or something.

Keep in mind that 柴灣 is basically not a place to shop, so don't expect tons of malls here or something. ><
I went back home around 4pm, and that kinda ends me tour for the day.

Every Friday night, Auntie Rebecca goes to Zse Hou's house for dinner and playtime. So I went, obviously.

And there goes another 3 hours of playing and confussion in an UNO game and jumping around...

There's this chalkboard in their house. The last time I touched chalk was when I was in Standard 6 in primary school. So I drew something out of it... :3

1 more week in HK, haiz... I'll be back in KL really soon...
But forget KCCO and all that bullshit, at least there's CF :D
Have some awesome plans I feel like trying out... ><

Must watch..... FMA...... before going back to KL..... TT^TT
Watched 16-episodes of FMA Brotherhood 4 Koma Theater... LOL :P

DAY 4: 又是旺角 ==

Well, yup I went back to look somemore....

I noticed that the shops that open at night close at daytime, while at daytime.... vice versa. Wierd... ==

Anyway I brought a Durarara keychain, thinking it was gonna be Shizzy, I opened it. Dang, it's de doctor.. but it's kwt anyway.... :3

I got Jo another pressie... Another Hetalia keychain but a bit different... Haha haven't opened it but Imma not telling what's in it so JOLINN LIM JUST GUESS CANT U?! :P

Okay... Tay Candy I know you have been waiting for this so here you go....
Yell all you want....
Jump on the bed if you want....
Open de window/door and scream all you want.....
SMS me if you want (But I'm not in Malaysia so never mind....) ......
Brag to your elder sister all you want, lalalalala.....

Ok fine here you go....

Thus ends DAY 4.

*To be continued*

DAY 3: 旺角

Before I get to the main thing of this post, I'll just brief a bit on the events of this afternoon.

I did bring Zse Hou out for tea (And I drunk coffee again) before his English class with grandpa. After sending him off, I went home for a break before my next adventure.

This time featuring mom's younger sister, Auntie Rebecca. ^^

Ok now to the main thing.

The time was 7.45pm, at Mong Kok station.

Me and Auntie haven't ate dinner, so in search of food, we strolled. That's when I spotted 糖百府, a popular deasert store in HK. (So that's how Yi knew about it... her reaction was insanity when she saw the one at KLCC, only that this one is really small and old.)

After a bit of analyzing, we decided that eating this is enough to fill out tummies a bit. So we ate a mango sago deasert and black sesame balls. It's real good, and the menu is way interesting than the one in KLCC, really... ==

Now, it's time to SHOP!!!!!!

In search of things to buy, I went to this mall where Yi bought Kpop stuff for her friends last year.

I tried my best to search the Super Junior poster Shi Yun wanted, but to my dismay, then only have the Mr.Simple version instead of the Sorry Sorry version... Shi Yun if you're seeing this now, I'm really really really sorry... TT^TT

A little disappointed, I decided to kill some more time with Auntie Rebecca by going upstairs.....

THAT'S WHEN I SAW TONS AND TONS OF ANIME AND FIGMA AND COMIC SHOPS OMG I CANT CLOSE THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON NOW TOO EXCITED WOWWEEEEEEEE......

Really... I'm to over excited, why didn't Yi tell me about this? Guess she was too excited having that she found those Kpop stuff really hard....

I was really looking around in awe... OMG!
The figma stores are insane, they had figmas EVERYWHERE!~ Tons and millions of dollies and figmas and Nendroids are stacked high until the ceiling. I do want to buy a Panty & Stocking Nendroid but I was afraid I didn't bring enough that time.

Same as the comic stores, (I repeat....) Tons and millions of books stacked high until the ceiling.
And they put up paper signs of "吾命騎士8售賣!!" or "漫畫降價!!".

There's this music store in the mall, and they do sell VOCALOID ALBUMS OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!

I should really go visit there next time!

So here's a little something I brought.

Jolinn and Polly: I hope you like this Hetalia keychain, one N.Italy and one Bela-san. If there's anything else I might get it for you guys too. ^^
Ivan: HERE! Found your puchii. And I'm telling u IT'S NOT COUNTERFEIT!!! Enjoy! >< (Oh yeah, I dun want a meal, after all that crazy searching around the whole mall, say u owe me a bday present BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

As for me I brought myself the 2nd Durarara! novel, having that I almost finished the first one.

Tay Candy, Cindy... Sowee I havent gotcha guys anything... But I'm still in HK so I promise I'll getcha something! :D

I did visit the 女人街, no no, it's not a prostitute area! :(
It's like pasar malam, u noe, cheap and counterfeit junk.

It was kinda late already, so we went back home around 10.30pm.

Thus, ends DAY 3 with a excited feeling... :3

DAY 2: 兩個表弟

Ok to tell you the truth... I didn't go to Causeway Bay in the end.
Cuz' today.... *pauses for a dramatic entrance* ..... I got a playdate with my cousin brothers. ==

After lunch with Zi Hou and 公公, it's the most challenging part... PLAYTIME. :D

Really I chased him around the whole Quarry Bay Park playground like hell...

I was kinda exhausted, I thought of going home and take a break. But Zi Hou wanted me to go to his 普通話 class with him and grandpa, so I sighed. (But it's good to look around anyway. :) )

His class is at North Point station, in a person's home... O_O
Basicaly, I thought it was gonna be in a learning centre or something... Instead it was in a person's apartment. Ok that's fine, I had my BM tution in someone's home when I was in Primary...

But it was damn noisy...
There's renovation and drilling and loud bangs upstairs, even when I stepped into the house for a few secs I feel like living here is a nightmare... :(

His class is only an hour. To pass the time, me and grandpa went to Mcd's for coffee.
Thank god I brought my book, otherwise I am gonna suffer from boredom...

I saw some interesting sites... Take this building for example. It's a big school located on top of shop lots in the middle of town. What's special about it is that they combined primary school, kindergarden and nursery in one big ass building. EPIC!

Across de street I saw 商務書局. I remembered mom once brought me there and Yi to buy books. That book was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory I think. Unlike the one in KL, they don't sell 獨中 textbooks (Isn't that obvious?), but they do sell English too. I should try go there sometime.

Kids get hungry, so after his class, me, Zi Hou, his younger bro, grandpa and kakak (Zi Hou's family have an Indo maid, she's currently the only person I speak BM with in HK.) go to KFC. Where I juz drunk milktea and watch the kids eat and joke.

After that, it's time for them to go home. So we part ways and I went back home with grandpa...

I bet u can guess what I did next... SLEEP... ZZZ

So thus ends Day 2...

*To be continued*

P.S
Xin's challenge to get lost in HK might start on Thursday. Stay tuned... :P

HOLD ON!!

I'm not really finished yet... sowee... ==
Today I passby Kornhill Cinema to get to Zi Hou's house, and I saw this....

It's de FMA Sacred Star of Milos poster.... and it's showing already!! :D
OMGOMGOMGOMGOGMM....

Wonder when should I go watch it, juz worried they translated it that's all... =_=
